• Pyaz (Onion) 1 Large
  • Namak (Salt) To Taste
  • Kuti Lal Mirch (Chili Flakes) 1 Tbsp
  • Kuta Sabut Dhaniya  (Crushed Coriander Seeds) 1 Tbsp
  • Sukhi Methi (Dry Fenugreek) 1 Tsp
  • Ajwain (Carom Seeds) 1/2 Tsp
  • Zeera (Cumin Seeds) 1/2 Tsp
  • Dhaniya (Coriander) 1/2 Bunch
  • Besan (Gram Flour) 2 Cup
  • Palak (Spinach) 1 Bunch
  • Pani (Water) As Required


In bowl, add salt, onion and rub onion properly and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Add salt, chili flakes, crushed coriander seeds, dry fenugreek, carom seeds, cumin seeds and mix it well.

Add coriander and mix it well.

Add 2 cup gram flour, spinach and mix it well.

Add water gradually just to mix it well.

In wok, heat cooking oil, fry on medium heat until golden brown.

Serve hot with raita.
