Restaurant Style Salsa Recipe
- Dhania (Coriander)
- Jalapeno 1-2
- Pyaz (White Onion) 1 Medium
- Limu (Lime/ Lemon) 1
- Bhuna Kuta Zeera (Crushed-Roasted Cumin) 1/2 Tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1/2 Tsp
- Kuti Lal Mirch (Chili Flakes) 1 Tsp
- Oregano 1/2 Tsp
- Tamatar (Canned Diced Tomatoes) 1-1/2 Cup
In grinder, add coriander, jalapeño, white onion, lime juice, crushed-roasted cumin, salt, chili flakes, oregano, canned diced tomatoes and grind them only 2 spin to make them chunky.
Serve with nachos or chips.
