• Cooking Oil 1-1/2 Cup
  • Chicken 1-1/2 Kg
  • Namak (Salt) To Taste or 2 Tsp
  • Sabut Lal Mirch (Dried Red Chili) 6-7
  • Tamatar (Tomatoes) 1 Kg
  • Lehsan Adark Paste (Ginger Garlic Paste) 2 Tbsp
  • Dhania Powder (Coriander Powder) 1 Tbsp
  • Bhuna Kuta Zeera (Crushed-Roasted Cumin Seeds) 1-1/2 Tsp
  • Kuti Lal Mirch (Chili Flakes) 1 Tbsp
  • Hari Mirch (Green Chilies) 6-7
  • Dahi (Yogurt) 4 Tbsp


In cooking oil, chicken, salt and fry until chicken changes color.

Add dry red chili, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, cover it and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

Remove tomatoes skin.

Add coriander powder, curshed-roasted cumin seeds, chili flakes, cover it and cook for another 10 minutes.

Now cook with out cover on high flame.

Add green chilies, yogurt and cook on steam for 10 minutes.

Add lime and enjoy!
