Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Kg Chicken (Boneless)
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 4 Colors Capsicum
  • 1 Onion
  • Half Tomato
  • 1 Teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper
  • 1-1/2 Teaspoon Red Crushed Chili
  • 1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
  • Salt To Taste or 1 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 Tablespoon Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 2-3 Green Chilies
  • 2 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1/2 Cup Oil

Directions:

In wok, add oil, onion and ry until translucent

Add chicken, ginger garlic paste and cook until chicken is white

Add red crushed chili, coriander powder, red chili powder, crushed black pepper, salt and cook for 2-3 minutes

Add green chilies, tomato paste, cover it and cook for 10-12 minutes

Add chopped vegetables (onion, all 3 colors capsicum, tomato) and cook on steam for 2-3 minutes.
