Ingredients:

  • 2 Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 Cup Tamarind Pulp
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • Coriander
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Salt
  • 1-1/2 Tsp Chat Masala
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Boiled Chickpea
  • 1 Cup Fried Gram Flour Puffs (Soaked in Water)

Directions:

In bowl, add yogurt, 1/2 cup Tamarind pulp from 1 cup  (tamarind mix with water, chat masala & 1 tbsp sugar), half chat masala, black salt, sugar and mix it

In chopper, add tomato, onion, green chili, some coriander and chop them.

Add chickpea in same sauce bowl, boiled potatoes, add gram flour puffs (squeeze properly before adding in bowl), chopped mixture and mix well.

Garnish with tamarind pulp and chat masala, enjoy!
