Ingredients:

  • Ghee 1 Cup
  • Adrak Lehsan Paste (Ginger Garlic Paste) 2 Tbsp
  • Namak (Salt) To Taste or 2 Tsp
  • Tamatar (Tomato) 1/2 Kg
  • Haldi (Turmeric Powder) 1/2 Tsp
  • Kuti Lal Mirch (Chili Flakes) 1-1/2 Tbsp
  • Zeera Powder (Cumin Powder) 1 Tbsp
  • Dhania Powder (Coriander Powder) 1 Tbsp
  • Kali Mirch Powder (Black Pepper Powder) 1 Tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 2 Tsp
  • Dahi (Yogurt) 250 Grams
  • Hari Mirch (Green Chili) 5-6
  • Adrak (Ginger) 1 Inch Piece
