• 1 Medium Size Potato
  • 1 Medium Size Onion
  • 1/2 or Small Eggplant
  • Spanich
  • 2 Pinch Baking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander Seeds
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Crushed
  • 1-1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg Whites
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • Water As Required
  • 1 Cup Gram Flour


In bow, add gram flour, baking soda, dry coriander, red chili powder, red crushed chili, salt, dry fenugreek leaves and mix it well.

Add egg whites, oil, water and make batter.

Add green chili, spinach, eggplant, potatoes, onion and mix it.

In wok, heat oil, make pakora with mixture (use spoon or with hand) and fry until golden brown.
