Ingredients:

  • Ginger

  • 3-4 Green Chilies
  • 1 Onion (Fried)
  • 2 Tbs Ginger & Garlic Paste

  • 2 Tsp Red Crushed Chili
  • 1-1/2 Tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 2-3 Black Cardamom
  • 4 Green Cardamom
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1 Tbs Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 Tbs Red Chili Powder
  • Salt to Taste
  • 2 Tbs Flour
  • Water As Required
  • 1-1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1 Small Onion
