• 2 Potatoes
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Gram Flour
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp Corn Starch
  • 1/2 Tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Crushed Chili
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Oil For Frying


Take 2 potatoes, slice them and dip into cold water for 15 minutes

After 15 minutes, drain water from potatoes

In bowl, add sliced potatoes, garlic powder, gram flour, corn starch, paprika, red crushed chili, salt, mayonnaise and mix it well.

In frying pan, heat oil and fry them until crispy.
