- 2 Litre Milk
- 1 Tablspoon Ghee/Butter
In wok, add milk and boil on low to medium heat
Try to remove cream from sides and add in inside whiling boiling
Keep boiling until it changes color, reduce in quantity and become little thick
Now add 1 tbsp desi ghee, mix it, keep boiling and keep stirring spoon.
Cook until it totally becomes thick/ khoya/ mawa.
