  • Ghee 1/2 Cup
  • Mix Garam Masala (Whole) 1 Tsp
  • Methi Dana (Fenugreek Seed) 1 Tsp
  • Dhaniya Powder (Coriander Powder ) 1 Tbsp
  • Lehsan Andrak Paste (Ginger Garlic Paste) 1-1/2 Tbsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 Tsp
  • Pyaz (Onion) 4 Medium
  • Tomato Paste 3 Tbsp
  • Lemon/ Dhaniya (Coriander)
  • Ajwain 1/2 Tsp
  • Hari Mich (Green Chilies)
