  • Split Chickpeas (Dal Chana)/Pigeon Peas (Dal Mash) 1/2 kg Total (Equal Quantity)
  • Cumin Seeds (Zeera) 1/2 Tsp
  • Ghee 1/2 Cup
  • Garlic (Lehsen) 4-5 Clove
  • Onion (Pyaz) 1 Small
  • Water (Pani) 2 Litre
  • Garam Masala 1 Tbsp
  • Coriander Powder (Dhaniya Powder) 1 Tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste  (Lehsen Adrak Paste) 2 Tbsp
  • Salt (Namak) 1-1/2 Tbsp
  • Turmeric (Haldi Powder) 1-1/2 Tbsp
  • Coriander (Dhaniya) For Garnishing
  • Red Crushed Pepper (Kuti Lal Mirch) 2 Tbsp
