Ingredients:

  • Aloo (Potato) 1/2 Kg
  • Shimla Mirch (Capsicum) 1 Small
  • Shredded Chicken 1/2 Chicken Breast
  • Pyaz (Onion) 1 Small
  • Dhaniya (Coriander)
  • Garam Masala 1 Tsp
  • Kuti Lal Mirch (Chili Flakes) 1 Tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 Tsp or To Taste
  • Spicy Bread Crumbs 3 Tbsp
  • Anda (Egg) 1

Directions:

In bowl, add potato and mash it.

Add capsicum, shredded chicken, onion, coriander, garam masala, chili flakes, salt, spicy bread crumbs and mix it well.

Grease hands with oil, take a mixture and make cutlet in oval or kabab shape according to your taste.

Now dip cutlets into beaten eggs and coat in spicy crumbs.

In frying pan, heat cooking oil and fry cutlets until golden brown.
