Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1-1/2 Kg
  • Dahi (Yogurt) 1-1/2 Cup
  • Tail (Oil) 1 Cup
  • Lehsen Adrak Paste (Ginger Garlic Paste) 2 Tbsp
  • Korma Masala 1-1/2 Tbsp
  • Dhaniya Powder (Coriander Powder) 1 Tbsp
  • Kashmiri Lal Mirch (Kashmiri Red Chili) 1 Tbsp
  • Namak (Salt) 2 Tsp or To Taste
  • Pyaz (Onion) 3 (fried & grinded with 1/2 Cup Water)
  • Sabut Garam Masala 1 Tbsp (Bay Leaves, Black Pepper, Cinnamon Stick, Cardamom)
  • Pani (Water) 1 Glass
  • Garam Masala Powder 2 Tsp
  • Jaifal Javitri (Nutmeg & Mace) 1/2 Tsp

Directions:

In pot/ wok, add oil, whole garam masala, chicken and cook until chicken changes color.

Add ginger garlic paste, kashmiri red chili, salt, coriander powder, garam masala powder, korma masala, 2 tbsp water and cook for 2-5 minutes.

Add yogurt and cook on medium flame for 15-20 minutes.

Add grinded fried onion, nutmeg/ mace powder, 1 glass water and cook for 10 minutes.
