Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breast One
  • Besan (Gram Flour) 1 Cup
  • Pyaz (Onion) 1 Medium
  • Chat Masala 1 Tbsp
  • Sabz Mirch (Green Chilies) 1-2
  • Dhaniya (Coriander)
  • Kuti Lal Mirch (Chili Flakes) 2 Tsp
  • Namak (Salt) To Taste
  • Baking Soda 1/2 Tsp
  • Pani (Water) As Required
  • Sabut Dhaniya/ Zeera  (Crushed Coriander/ Cumin Seeds) 1 Tbsp

Directions:

In bowl, add chicken, gram flour, onion, chat masala, baking soda, salt, chili flakes, chopped coriander/ green chilies, crushed cumin seeds/ coriander seeds and add water gradually to make batter.

In wok heat cooking oil and fry chicken pakora until golden brown.

Sprinkle chaat masala & serve!
