Ingredients:

  • Bread 6 Slices
  • Besan (Garam Flour) 1-1/2 Cup
  • Kuti Lal Mirch (Chili Flakes) 2 Tsp
  • Universal Aloo Mixture
  • Baking Soda Pinch
  • Namak (Salt) 1 Tsp
  • Pani (Water) As Required

Directions:

For batter:

In bowl, add gram flour, salt, chili flakes, baking soda and add water gradually to make batter.

For Filling:

Cut bread slices from sides and keep it aside.

Add universal aloo mixture on one slice of bread and put another slice over it, press it and cut into triangle or rectangle shape.

In pan, heat the oil, sandwich/ bread pakora in batter and fry in oil/ pan until golden brown.

Serve with ketchup or raita.
