Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Kg Mutton Liver
  • 3 Tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 Cup Ghee
  • 1-1/2 Tbs Garam Masala
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1-1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 3-4 Green Chilies
  • Coriander
  • 1 Large Onion
  • Water if require.
