In chopper, add spring onion, boneless chicken, mayonnaise, white pepper powder, salt, garlic powder and chop it.
Take a bolle cap (approx. 2.5 inches dia), put cling film over cap and make patties or make the size as you like.
In pan, add oil 3-4 tbsp, heat oil on low heat and shallow fry patties 5 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
Tip: use tong to fry patties from sides.
You can make these patties for kids lunch or whenever you like.
