Ingredients:

For Sauces # 1:

  • 1/2 Kg Yogurt Mix With 1 Glass Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Chat Masala
  • Salt to Taste

For Sauces # 2:

  • Salt to Taste
  • 3 Tablespoon Tamarind
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 3 Green Chili
  • Mint Leaves
  • Coriander

For Sauces # 3:

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Crushed Chili
  • 1 Teaspoon Chat Masala
  • 3 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 400Grams or 1/2 Kg Dry Apricot
  • 2 Glass Water

Salad/ Garnish:

  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Radish

For Laddu/ Patties:

  • 2 Cup Split Chickpea
  • 3 Tbs Black Lentil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ajwain/ Carom Seeds
