• 1 Cup Almonds (Soaked in Water)
  • 1 Tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 3 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Cups Water


Peel of soaked almonds; grind them with some water and set a side.

In pan, add 2 cups water, sugar, cardamom powder and cook until it’s thick.

TIP: If you don’t have cardamom powder then use cardamom seeds, grind them and use instead.

Add almonds paste as well and cook for 5-10 minutes on low heat.

Save in some air tight bottle and use whenever you like.
